DAY 17
Proper placement in life is critically important to our effectiveness and success. God is trying to overemphasize that you don’t just go out in life anywhere you want to go, doing anything you want to do just because you feel like it. If you are a child of God, He has a plan for your life. He has a place where that plan will unfold. Many times people struggle because of their resistance to move to the next thing, or even the next place God has for them. They decide where they will live and what they will do, to their own folly. And then there are those who are quick to jump to the next best offer or financial gain.
I have seen people who were really involved and connected in their church, leave because they were offered more money if they relocated. We have to cultivate sensitivity to the voice of God in these matters. If God is calling you to a new place, many times it will be preceded by a genuine discomfort in the place where you are. Proper placement demands death to pride and sensitivity at the feet of Jesus in prayer.
Read Deuteronomy 12. Take time to take notes as you go, and always put a month and year next to any notes you take or verses that minister to you.

FINAL THOUGHTS
Contentment is being content in whatever circumstances you find yourself in. Yet calling, purpose, and proper placement are about completely different things. Is there discomfort in certain parts of your life? Take time before the Lord to ask Him about what you’re feeling.

La ubicación adecuada en la vida es de vital importancia para nuestra eficacia y éxito. Dios está tratando de enfatizar demasiado que no sales a la vida a donde quieras, ni haces lo que quieras simplemente porque te apetece. Si eres hijo de Dios, Él tiene un plan para tu vida. Tiene un lugar donde se desarrollará ese plan. Muchas veces las personas luchan debido a su resistencia a pasar a lo siguiente, o incluso al siguiente lugar que Dios tiene para ellos. Ellos deciden dónde vivirán y qué harán, por su propia cuenta. Y luego están aquellos que se apresuran a saltar a la siguiente mejor oferta o ganancia financiera.
He visto personas que estaban realmente involucradas y conectadas en su iglesia, irse porque les ofrecieron más dinero si se mudaban. Tenemos que cultivar la sensibilidad a la voz de Dios en estos asuntos. Si Dios te está llamando a un lugar nuevo, muchas veces será precedido por un genuino malestar en el lugar donde te encuentras. Una colocación adecuada exige la muerte del orgullo y la sensibilidad a los pies de Jesús en oración.
Lee Deuteronomio 12. Toma notas a medida que avanzas y siempre coloca un mes y un año al lado de cualquier nota que tomes o de los versículos que te sirvan.

PENSAMIENTOS FINALES
El contentamiento es estar contento en cualquier circunstancia en la que te encuentres. Sin embargo, el llamado, el propósito y la ubicación adecuada son cosas completamente diferentes. ¿Hay malestar en ciertas partes de tu vida? Toma un tiempo ante el Señor para preguntarle sobre lo que estás sintiendo.
CONSEJO DE AYUNO DEL DÍA
Es fundamental que en estos últimos días del ayuno pases ese tiempo tan necesario con el Señor en oración y en la Palabra. Sigue adelante. ¡Lo encontrarás!
